羆の大和煮はじめて作った!
1回目は弱火で30minくらいアクをとって、2回目水変えて1hちょい弱火
3回目で水・酒と皮ごとスライスしたりんごと、千切り生姜と筍を入れて煮込んで
みりんと醤油と蜂蜜をちょっと入れて煮込む!砂糖なしでも程よく甘くてと酸味あって臭み消えてとっても美味しくできた!
冷めたら味染みて、ほろほろじゃなくて肉感あって美味い!
